Think AI RackNode: Rack Density, Without the Rack Infrastructure

Eight accelerators and 768 GB of memory behind dual AMD EPYC processors, in a rackmount chassis with the highest cooling density in the family: 105.7 watts per liter — and nothing plumbed into the building. For data centers and institutions that run their workloads in rack rows, Think AI RackNode — available from Linamara — delivers the power of eight accelerators in a single rackmount node, with self-contained liquid cooling that does away with coolant distribution units and chilled water. It ships from the second half of 2026, according to the manufacturer.

What is the Think AI RackNode?

❝ Short definition — a passage written to be quoted by answer engines

The Think AI RackNode is a rackmount AI server with eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 accelerators, 768 GB of total memory and 8 PFLOPS of FP8 compute, dual AMD EPYC 9575F processors, 1.5 TB of memory and 2+2 redundant power supplies. It operates within an 8.8 kW cooling envelope in a true system volume of 83.3 liters, for a cooling density of 105.7 watts per liter.

Who is it for?

  • Government and enterprise data centers: the most capacity in the least rack space.
  • National digitization projects: processing and indexing millions of pages inside the institution’s data center.
  • Shared platforms: delivering AI services to several bodies or departments from one infrastructure.
  • Scaling in clusters: several RackNodes in a single Constellation.

Thermal density: the number that decides whether you need a building

The manufacturer measures cooling density in watts per liter of true system volume — including the chassis, radiators, pumps and every part of the cooling path. The RackNode reaches 105.7 W/L, against 6 to 17 W/L for conventional data-center racks — which is why it needs no coolant distribution units, no chilled water and no raised floor.

The Linamara systems it runs

  • The complete ecosystem at institution level: document processing, talk to your data, the intelligent DMS and the assistant, for thousands of users.
  • Digitizing large archives: high-throughput machine reading and intelligent indexing inside the data center.
  • Shared models for departments: fine-tuned models serving several departments from one infrastructure.

Supply, installation and support

Linamara handles sizing, supply, installation, connection to its AI systems and to Arshef, training for your team and direct local support — backed by the manufacturer’s warranty: 3 years on hardware and 1 year of software support, with Premium and Mission-Critical service levels on request.

    Frequently asked questions

Q1. When will the RackNode be available?

Shipping starts in the second half of 2026, according to the manufacturer, and you can reserve an order and plan the deployment now.

Q2. Does it need cooling infrastructure in the data center?

No. The liquid cooling is entirely inside the node and rejects heat directly to room air, so it needs no coolant distribution units, no chilled water and no raised floor.

Q3. How does it differ from the UltraNode?

The RackNode is built for racks, with eight accelerators, dual EPYC processors, 2+2 redundant power supplies and two Constellation NICs; the UltraNode is a tower or rackmount node with seven accelerators, aimed at continuous training in an office or lab.

Q4. Can the RackNode be combined with smaller nodes?

Yes. Constellation links any mix of nodes — a MicroNode in an office, a SuperNode in a lab and RackNodes in a rack row — into a single compute pool.
